Stop wage garnishment… pay your debt

Are you in deep trouble because of your unresolved debt? If yes, then you need to settle it as fast as you can because once your creditors demands your payment and you cannot pay them back, it will be possible that your salary will be under a wage garnishment. But what about taxes, did you file your taxes this year? What about year before? Let me explain this further, you see, the Internal Revenue Service is the biggest credit company as well as collecting company in the country and they have several tools to use in order to collect the taxes that have been neglected to file and pay.
To explain it more, once you have unresolved tax debt, the Internal Revenue Service will demand your payments and once they cannot get the money then they will use one tool that they can be able to control your salary which in a form of a wage garnishment. If they have enough evidence that you neglect or ignored your taxes then it will be easy for the Internal Revenue Service to ask the court to put your salary under a wage garnishment so that they can be able to get hold of the money.
What it mean is, they will inform your employer to withhold portion of your salary because of unresolved tax debt and it will go on until all your tax debt have been paid. How much will be withhold? By law, 25% of your salary will be deducted however the amount of salary to be garnished depend on how much your salary every month and if the court find your salary insufficient then wage garnishment cannot happen to your salary because the court will still be considerate to your needs. But in some states they have their own laws in practicing wage garnishment and to know this, you can ask your local courthouse or you can ask your tax attorney about wage garnishment and how they work.
As a rule, the Internal Revenue Service must inform you of the impending wage garnishment and once they do, it is time to look for a resolution in order to stop wage garnishment to happen to your salary. You can get the service of a tax attorney to help you on your problem. You can ask for a settlement such as payment plan in order to stop wage garnishment however if comes to worst, particularly if you do not have the means or resources to pay your debt then you can ask the court to prevent wage garnishment to happen. You need documents as evidence in order to prove that wage garnishment can be difficult especially if you are receiving small salary.
Your success in stopping wage garnishment is the biggest achievement you can receive because it can either eliminate your debt for good or it will give you a chance to start a new beginning.
